The All New Suzuki Access 125 – Now BS6 Compliant

Suzuki Motorcycle India Private Limited announced its transition from BS4 to BS6 products from January 2020. Suzuki Motorcycle India’s top-selling scooter, Access 125, is the first product to be rolled out as part of the new emission norms from Suzuki Motorcycle India’s portfolio. The retail of the All-New Suzuki Access 125 BS-6 complaint version in Standard as well as Special variant has started and is available at Kannur and Kasargod showrooms.The standard variant of All-New Suzuki Access 125 BS-6 complaint version has options of Alloy Drum Brake, Alloy Disc Brake and Steel Drum Brake. The scooter will be available in five colors namely Pearl Suzuki Deep Blue, Metallic Matte Platinum Silver , Pearl Mirage White, Glass Sparkle Black and Metallic Matte Fibroin Grey. Whereas the Special Edition (SE) variant is available in Alloy Disc Brake and Alloy Drum Brake and offers four colour options, which are Metallic Matte Bordeaux Red, Metallic Dark Greenish Blue, Metallic Matte Black and Pearl Mirage White. The Standard variant of the all new BS-6 compliant Suzuki Access 125 will be retailed at ex showroom price starting at INR 72,885, whereas the Special Edition will be available at ex showroom price starting INR 76,610 at showrooms in Kannur and Kasargod in Kerala.

- The Access 125, has been updated to meet the upcoming Indian emission regulations – BS6.With all the new updates the engine produces far less emissions than before and provides a smoother riding experience which is achieved without deteriorating the engine performance.The updated BS 6 engine makes 8.7ps@6750rpm, 10Nm@5500rpm and is powered by cutting edge Technology and advanced Fuel Injection Technology – which boasts top-class power performance and low fuel consumption.
- Eco Assist illumination is added to the speedometer, to assist eco drive for optimum throttle usage, meant to help educate riders about fuel-efficient riding patterns so they can develop a riding style that makes the most of their vehicle’s fuel efficiency. When the meter is showing Green that means the rider is displaying riding patterns that are compatible with fuel-efficient riding.(Except Steel wheel / drum brake version)
- Super Bright LED Head lamp: The super bright LED head lamp enhances the visibility at night with its bright and wide radiated spread of light while the chrome surrounding provides a Premium touch.
- Premium Chrome External Fuel Lid with Key: Fuel Inlet has been relocated from under the seat to the tail section, this provides ease of refueling and can be done without opening the seat.
- Digital Meter is updated with advanced features like Voltage meter, Oil change Indicator & Dual tripmeter.

It is also equipped with Combined Brake System (CBS) that permits to operate both brakes only by left lever and reduces braking distance in a certain condition.Offering comfort as a necessity, the All-New Suzuki Access 125 has a long seat, enlarged floorboard larger under-seat storage and easy start system. Furthermore, the scooter is designed to offer premium look with its rich bodywork, stylish edgy lines, LED tail lamp and chrome plate finish. Additionally, the new Special Edition model will offer standard USB DC socket for charging mobile phones on the go. The “Kam Peeta Hai” scooter now also produces far less emission than before as it meets the BS6 norms which is one of the world’s strictest and cleanest emission regulations till date.
